Cisco tore his ACL in October 2020, so should easily be back to unrestricted play by the time offseason activities start up. Unfortunately, the NFL data tells us to expect lower short-term performance and game participation. These effects are less noticeable after the first and second post-injury seasons, but he’ll always carry a slightly elevated long-term risk because of data suggesting shorter playing careers with this injury history.
